Heather A. Saint
Her particular knowledge in the areas of Family Law, Mediation, and Collaborative Law provides her with a skill set that makes her uniquely qualified to handle high-asset and complicated family matters as well as smaller and more simplified family law matters.
Heather implements a tactful and economical approach to all of her cases with an aim towards achieving the best possible result for each client. She is equally as comfortable negotiating a settlement agreement as she is litigating a case to its completion. Heather comprehends and is sensitive to the personal and private nature of all the matters she handles for each of her clients.
Heather received her bachelor’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding with a focus in Sociology from California State University of Dominguez Hills where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Heather went on to attend Loyola Law School where she received a General Merit Scholarship. During her tenure at Loyola Law School, Heather had an article published, titled “Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act: The True Culprit of Internet Defamation”, in the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review where she was a Production Editor.
When Heather is not handling family law matters, she loves spending time with her husband Joshua and their dog Tuxedo. She also enjoys painting and exploring new areas of Southern California
